HUSH month is HERE!

HUSH

HUSH month is back!  Yes, it is named after the above character from our favorite hero's storyline, and that's cool.  What is more important is what HUSH month brings to GOTHAM.  While all Gothamites are commited to greater levels of fitness, intensity and health, HUSH month serves to pull us together in a grind that pushes our mental, emotional and physical endurance toward greater levels of awareness.  After HUSH month there are no barriers.

Plus, it's great for burning off the cals from GOTHAM Summer JAM 2012!!

Here's how it works:

Starting June 1st at 12 midnight (tonight) until 12 midnight June 31st, everyone will complete the following work. Start at the top and move on to the next task once you finsh the prior one (like Angie). Most of the exercises are low-tech, so get together and compare notes on the best way to rep'em out.  ALL are not for time except for the row (which is good for everyone to know for future reference).  And, yes, this is in addition to all regular WODs, which will be run on a strength and gymnastic slant...can someone say SLICE & DICE??!?!

1000 Jumping Jacks (3 count)
1000 Tire Sledge Hits
1000 Mountain Climbers (3 count)
1000 Kettlebell Swings 24/16
1000 Flutter kicks (3 count)
1000 foot Sled Push 180/90
1000 Sit-ups
1000 Sandbag cleans (choice)
1000 foot Bear Crawl
1000 Mystery Move (shared after the above is completed)
END

As you can see, some of HUSH can be done away from the manor.  Take it on the road with you, and share it with your friends and family!
